(१). हम ग्रामीण गाय के दूध का उपयोग करते है।
(२). दूध से प्राप्त मलाई को लोहे की कढ़ाई में डालकर सामान्य चूल्हे में पकाते है।
(३). मलाई के दानों का सुनहरे हो जाने के बाद।
(४). इसमें से घी को सूती कपड़े में छानकर निकाल लेते है।
इस प्रकार से मात्र कुल 4 चरणों में हमारा घी बनाने का देसी तरीका पूर्ण हो जाता है। हमारी घी उत्पादन की क्षमता सीमित है। हो सकता है हमारे घी के बर्तन की तली में कभी-कभी आपको थोड़ा–बहुत पके हुए मलाई के बारिक अंश दिखाई दें। ऐसा सूती कपड़े से घी को छानने की वजह से हो सकता है। अगर आप कभी अपने घर में घी बनाये होंगे तो आपको यह बात पता होगा

We do not use any steam boiler… no special type of filter (cream churner)… no unnatural substance for desi aroma and color… we follow the traditional method completely.
(1). We use the milk of rural cows.
(2). We cook the cream obtained from milk in a cast iron pan on a normal stove.
(3). After the cream grains turn golden.
(4). We filter the ghee from it in a cotton cloth.
In this way, our desi method of making ghee is completed in just 4 steps. Our ghee production capacity is limited. It is possible that you may sometimes see a little bit of cooked cream particles in the bottom of our ghee container. This may be due to filtering the ghee through a cotton cloth.
